Registration Information

We are now taking application for the 2012 market season. The Newport Farmers market is always looking for new and diverse products and services. This season we are especially looking for Lincoln County agricultural producers. We are also in need of cheese, seafood, wine, and egg vendors.

Anything sold at the Market must be grown or made by the vendor. This rule is strictly enforced and all items must be approved by the Market before they can be sold. No reselling is allowed.

All produce labeled Organic must be certified and food products must be prepared in an appropriately licensed facility. 

Pre-registration is required. Please read all the Market rules before submitting an application. Print and mail your completed application to  PO Box 1633, Newport, OR 97365. If you have question contact Carrie at  manager@newportfarmersmarket.org or call the Market voice mail 541-961-8236 and leave your name, address and telephone number.

 Important:  Returning vendors please send in your application by February 28, 2012 for placement reservations!
